Enneagram Training and Coaching

My Story

At one of the lowest points of my life, I began the journey from unconsciousness to knowing – the discovery of my true self using the knowledge of this profound system, known as the Enneagram. Over the last 7 years, I have watched with curiosity and awe how my life and relationships have transformed and deepened, my habits have softened, and my confidence has improved dramatically (soaring is what I’m going for, it is a process). The Enneagram has been called the road-map to freedom – freedom from old patterns and negative thinking; freedom to explore a new way of being. It has been an interesting road, complete with uncomfortable potholes and surprising turns along the way. I continue to learn.

Enneagram DrawingI discovered the Enneagram more than 20 years ago, and have studied the Enneagram personality patterns intently for these past few years. My teachers have been the best, from both the Risso-Hudson Tradition and the Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition, both highly regarded schools of thought.

After the completion of an intensive certification program in 2016, I now have developed my signature program for leaders, managers and workplace teams.  There are a variety of approaches, depending upon the needs of the group or the individual. Professional development programs should never exclude personal development. We are persons, individuals firstly.

This tool for individual and team development is one effective way to achieve:

  • Healthy Workplace relationships
  • Better insights into team member strengths
  • Sincere honoring of the human spirit and individual humanity, allowing for the whole person at work.
  • Leadership coaching that reaches further. Leading from Within is possible, transformational, and very powerful
  • Improved understanding and communication throughout the organization.
